GOD IS TAKING BACK THE AIRWAYS PT. 2
I think we can all agree that God moves in mysterious and unusual ways. Sometimes those ways are hard to discern because they are unusual.
Jesus told his disicples: “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15
If you study this verse out it means that we are to herald and establish the message of the kingdom of God all over the world.
How can all of us do that today? I dare say through technology- the interNET. The new fishing pole of our generation.
Never before have we had the ability to hear from or transmit from all over the world like we do now.
Media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Periscope, and YOUTUBE to name a few, allow us access to hear from God through people or relay our own message to every continent of the globe.
Ephesians 2:2 tells us that “Satan is the prince and power of the air.”
But I prophesy to you today that God is TAKING OVER the airways through his people.
Even in the most remote parts of the world people have cell phones.
This gives us an opportunity to spread the gospel and hear the gospel from all corners of the earth.
What are you doing for the kingdom with that phone that’s in your hand?
God may be attempting to get a message to you or through you from that device, so you may want to start tuning into some different channels of communication.
God is inviting us to look again at how we are salt and light to this world and when and how we worship. (Matthew 5:13-14)
UNUSUAL WAYS TO WORSHIP
John 4 reminds us that the Father is seeking True Worshipers- those who worship in Spirit and in truth.
“From here on, worshiping the Father will not be a matter of the right place but with the right heart. For God is a Spirit, and he longs to have sincere worshipers who worship and adore him in the realm of the Spirit and in truth.” John 4:23-24 TPT
The above scripture reminds us that it’s not a place but with the right heart that we worship.
I believe there is a fresh grace from the Father to experience his presence and glory in new ways. I know this isn’t a new concept but it is a fresh invitation to look at what is in your hand.
There’s a tv commercial that asks- what’s in your wallet? I dare say-What’s in your hand?
I want to challenge you to look at that device differently. Look at it as a way to connect with God and possibly share the gospel.
God is indeed pouring HIS SPIRIT OUT ON ALL FLESH.
LET US ALL USE technology for the glory of God and let’s start redeeming the airways friends.
Share that song with your neighbor that God is highlighting to you. Send it to your unsaved family and friends as a tool of evangelism.
Get really bold and share a live broadcast about what God has done for you or is currently speaking to you.
Some people will never go to church but you can take it to them.
Look at that phone again and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ to someone today!
Take a listen in if you need encouragement.
